Mission Statement: Our goal is to provide excellent and comprehensive care in a safe, healthy and cheerful environment. Dr. Tara Haddad's Biography / Brock's Story A life-long animal lover, Dr. Tara Haddad has dedicated her career to providing them with loving, quality care. She received her veterinary degree at Oklahoma State University and completed her internship in Southern California. She served her residency in Oncology at the University of Illinois. A still-practicing veterinarian in Orange County, Dr. Haddad comes from a dedicated line of medical professionals with a father who was a physician and a nurse for a mother. Her goal is to provide a safe and nurturing facility for both healthy and medically fragile pets as well as assiting owners in maintaining a healthy lifestyle for their pets. |

After becoming a veterinarian, Brock was my first pet to require advanced medical attention. It was during my Oncology residency that Brock was diagnosed with a debilitating heart condition. With his long list of medications, I quickly learned that Brock was too sick to be left in a standard boarding facility. However, because he responded well to treatment, he was not sick enough to warrant as much attention while being boarded at the hospital. His care would have to take a back seat to emergencies and scheduled appointments. My love for him and experience with his chronic condition inspired me to create a place where the care of veterinary patients with minor or chronic medical condtions while their owners are away would be the primary goal. |
